We cannot guarantee your ability to change seat assignments at a later point. Therefore, it is important to address the following issues prior to ordering your tickets:

• If there are other individuals with whom you want to sit, coordinate with them ahead of time.
• When selecting seats, avoid leaving a vacant seat (or three) between you and the next reserved seat or the aisle. Many of our performances sell out and we might have to change your seats, since most patrons require an even number of seats.

Ticketing Policy/Terms of Use

Savoyard Light Opera Company and TicketStage aim to make your purchasing experience an easy one. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us.

Payment Methods: MMCIS/TicketStage accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards.

Handling fee: A small non-refundable handling fee will be charged for each ticket ordered.

Refunds and Exchanges. Before confirmation of your ticket purchases, carefully review your performance specifics and seat selection. The Savoyard Light Opera Company cannot commit to exchange or refund a transaction after a ticket has been purchased.

Ticket Pick-up - As expressed in your e-mail confirmation, your tickets will either be mailed to you, or are reserved for you and available for pick-up during the 30 minute period preceding the performance. If the performance is a week or less away, your tickets are reserved for pick-up. To speed box office handling, please bring your confirming e-mail with you to the window.

Cancellations - In extremely rare occasions, performances may be cancelled or postponed due to weather or other unanticipated reasons. If the event is actually cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund.

Privacy - We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important and we safequard them to the best of our ability. Our on-line credit card system is a state-of-art secure system.
