Sample Instructions for Full Member Validation

The following is a sample of the instructions one theater group sent to their members explaining the procedure for ordering tickets using order time validation of the membership.

PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE CAREFULLY, IT AFFECTS HOW YOU ORDER TICKETS ONLINE.

TSD Theater has changed its on-line TicketStage ordering process.  This was done to increase security, decrease errors, and make it easier for you to order your tickets without entering information that we already have.

  1. Starting now, when you log on to order tickets you will only need to enter your email address as identification (ID) and a Password.
  2. Your ID is the email address that you listed in your most recent Member/Subscriber ticket application. (See address above)
  3. TicketStage has assigned you a Password which you can change.

Number of seats per show: 1

You can change your ID (email address) and/or Password at any time. Keep this information where you can find it easily, as errors will cause your order to be rejected.

To make changes to your ID and/or Password please go to https://www.ticketstage .com/TSD/memberinfo.html. Use the above ID and Password to access your record. Changes will be saved when you click on “update”.

The system tracks the number of seats that you have ordered for any one show. Your entire order will be rejected if it exceeds the number of “Subscriber/Member” tickets that your subscription(s) allows you to order per show.  However, you may also order any number of additional tickets which can be paid for by credit card with this order. Tickets paid for by credit card may be ordered in any number at any time.

If you are ordering tickets for other Members or Subscribers you will need to enter their correct ID (their email address).

You will not need to know their password.

Most TicketStage Members and Subscribers have a unique email address.  When two or more people share an email address, enter the email address and the unique password for each person so that we can identify each person for whom you are ordering a ticket.
